Premier Account

What is going on there's no support to premier accounts! I doubt this community will answer me. But the emails are all full and not deliverable. The phone support is always closed at all hours. And when I log into premier account with partner page or without the premier errors out.  I have tried incognito mode, different browsers, even different pcs, etc. Nothing works!!!!! We are just trying to log in for one. Order machines from the premier account. Or is dell just going downhill and cannot support their sites??????
