I am writing on behalf of the company Suhai Segurança Pessoal to register our dissatisfaction regarding order for the purchase of a Dell server. During the initial negotiation, we were informed that the delivery period would be 15 calendar days. However, after the order was approved, the period was changed to 15 business days, which caused an initial disruption to our planning, which was based on the original date. The order status has been "in production" since June 9th, and to date, we have not received any updates regarding the shipment of the product. The deadline for delivery is June 27th and we have no visibility whatsoever as to whether the schedule will be met. In view of the above, we request an immediate and definitive position on the delivery. We would like to point out that failure to deliver the product by the stipulated deadline (27/06) will force us to cancel the purchase, as the delay is already compromising our internal operations.
