Poor service

I have 3 times in the last one hour and spoken to 3 different people and narrated the entire issue and then they put my call on hold and the call gets disconnected. I need a call arranged back asap <Your private information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. My mother board was replaced on 15th Feb 2025 and it’s not working. my work suffers like that. very disappointed with the service provided to me.
