Poor quality control

I just purchased a new computer from Dell, case # 212879331, not only did this computer not come with any operating system installed, but when speaking to the Dell tech support, I was told this machine was tested before it left the factory.

Whats worse is I am disabled, and purchased this unit under a new Dell credit card that was interest free. 

While speaking to Dells tech support, they realized there was no way of fixing this problem over the phone, and wanted to have me get a 16 to 20gb card so they could send me the information I needed to make this unit work, I asked them if they could provide this for me, seeing it was there poor quality control that let this unit ship in the condition it did, I was told no! 

In the end, I will ever buy Dell again, it's sad when you need a computer as your only source to the outside world only to have some big company treat you like garbage and do nothing to try and gain back your trust.
