Poor customer support

I've been on hold for the last hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. Yesterday, I ordered a Dell 6-in-1 USB-C Multiport Adapter - DA305, and when I ordered it, it indicated that the product would be delivered today. Now, when I check the order status, it states it won't be delivered until October 14, 2025. This is ridiculous! Furthermore, I've been on hold trying to get some customer support for the last hour. Dell's customer support is terrible. I'm paying a lot of money for dell products and expect a better customer service experience.
