Payment method has expired,two accounts

I have tried to contact Tech support regarding notifications that my payment method has expired. I logged into my account and saw that the credit card information was current. I also noticed that there were two different account numbers with my name. I have called Dell Support and emailed support. It has been over a day now and I have not received a response. This is unacceptable.

@DELL-Cares​ I need to resolve why there are two different customer numbers, why my payment method was expired and which systems are due for renewal. There are only four computers in service. One Office Desktop, one home desktop and two laptops. Why has no one responded to me?
