Pathetic after sales service

I had contacted your team four days ago requesting a quotation for a laptop battery. Unfortunately, I have not received any response yet.

As a global brand, I believe Dell values its customers and their time. However, this delay in communication is quite disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service standards. If providing a simple quotation takes this long, it raises concerns about post-sale support and responsiveness.

I request you to kindly send the quotation without any further delay. If, for any reason, you're unable or unwilling to provide it, please inform me clearly—so that I can consider other options without wasting further time.
