P2723QE, service tag cannot be found

I bought my display directly from Dell.com and now my service tag cannot be found. The service tag numbers for my other devices are valid but my series P2723QE display cannot be found: "There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID". Anyone knows what is happening? I cannot even lookup my warranty anymore.
