Original configuration disappeared from Support pages
The original configuration based on Service tag or Express Service Code was the best possible way to discover specific components of Dell laptops and to download the proper drivers, look for upgrades, etc. Unfortunately I have been unable to find it since the redesign of support pages a few days ago. Am I stupid, or it is really missing?

* I went HERE

* Entered my work Latitude 5520 Service Tag in the blank
* Clicked Search
* On the right under "Quick links", click "Review specifications"
* Click "Expand all" to see all of the hardware and software that shipped

* Clicked Search
* My specific Latitude 5520 page appeared
* On the left side I clicked, Drivers & Downloads
* It showed a driver tab for my specific Latitude 5520 (33), then a second driver tab for all Latitude 5520 (93)

Yes, you are right. The functionality is available again. Case closed :)
