Ordering issue
I am trying to purchase a charger for my laptop but after adding it to the cart and goes to check out prompted by the payment but there is no place to put my address country or name

You cannot order from a Dell site in one country and ship to another. You will need to order from the Dell site in your home country -- or if it's a country Dell doesn't directly service, from a reseller in that country.
