Ordered cancelled....credit not released to dell finance

Dell cancelled my order 8 days ago.  Sent 4 emails, 3 phone calls and no one can release those funds from "pending" to cancelled for Dell financing...which in turn then means I can not order a new computer for my daughters college courses starting in a  month.  

The latest response (in an email) states this case is closed.  No idea how to get help.  Its almost like Dell doesn't want my business. 

Only live person you can speak with is sales (which is who I talked to 3X).....no customer service option.
