Order Status Inquiry

Dear Dell Support,

We placed an order on June 3 and received confirmation that payment was successfully processed. However, the order status is still showing as "Processing."

Could you please provide an update on the status of the order and advise when it is expected to be shipped?

We would appreciate any information you can provide regarding the estimated dispatch date.
