Order Shipped, but no tracking record!

It has been one of my worse experiences ever (Top 3 for sure!).

The waiting, The verification process, the numerous calls/chats with customer service and now, my order has been shipped for 4 days and still no tracking information available. 

Anybody else having this problems?

If this is for a notebook system, you won't see a tracking number until the system arrives from China -- if a desktop, from either China or Mexico.  The systems are built and shipped from the manufacturer to a logistics site in your home country.  At that point the shipper will have trackable information.

Leave at least a few days transit time.

My machine disappeared into the gap between Dell and UPS for a couple of days. 
Dell said it was shiped and gave me a tracking number. UPS had no record of it at that time.
Then it suddenly appeared in their system and was on its way.
It's normal. Not nice, but it happens.

Same problem. Shipping label was sent to FEDEX on 7/27 but they have not received the product. Dell started the warranty and service on 7/30 and its not even been delivered.
