Order Not received

I had given my dell inspiron 145440 for repair and dell send me mail confirmation that they received my laptop and they started repairing, after that on 8th I received mail that they dispatched my laptop to dpd and dpd failed to delivery my laptop twice and after that I contact them today they told me that they given my laptop back  to ivy network technology uk on 15th September and they gave me parcel number too
