Order not delivered, Dellstore
I placed an order on Dellstore but I was not aware at the time that DellStore is operated by a third-party supplier (STPL). The expected delivery date was 20th June, but it is now the end of 24th June and the order has still not been delivered. At this point, the delivery would no longer be of any use to me.
I have already sent an email requesting cancellation and initiated a refund request, but unfortunately, there has been no response from their end. I placed this order trusting the Dell brand, and this kind of experience seriously affects customer confidence. I kindly request you to escalate this issue with STPL and ask them to cancel the order and process the refund at the earliest. Please find attached a screenshot of the current shipment status.
