order I placed on 3-16-25, shipping date changes

I can't get anyone to contact from Dell about the order I placed on 3-16-25. All I get is every few days a new shipping date. Why would you sell a product you don't have in stock? Very bad customer service all I want is my order shipped to me and for someone to address it.
