Order delivery being returned by UPS

I am very frustrated with Dell and UPS.  I ordered a computer that UPS tried to deliver.  I was out of town the 3 times they came.  They did not provide any information for me to call them to actually schedule the delivery when I was home.  Now the computer is sitting in Tennessee, assuming at the UPS warehouse.  I received an email from Dell today saying the computer was delivered to my home.  It obviously was not.  None is this is a big problem except that I can't get a human being at Dell to talk to about this situation and how I resolve it.  Please let me know if I can talk to a real human or you can contact me with information via my order number.  I just want the computer and do not want to return it.  Your website information is not very helpful in this situation.
