Order cancelled with payment failed but cash reward has not been refunded
Hi,
I placed this order which failed to process due to a payment issue. The payment details cannot be updated as the order is cancelled. I would like to replace this order but the £150 dell cash reward that was applied to this order has not been refunded back to the account.
Please advise

Hi @
This is the second time i try and purchase this monitor. The payment was authorised and debited from my account but the order was subsequently cancelled by DELL for unknown reason. Please advise as this is unacceptable.
