Order Cancelled and no return on Reward points

I purchased a new laptop yesterday, using $74 from 7400 Rewards points and the balance on Comenity Dell Financing.  For whatever reason, Comenity would not complete the transaction.  I finally cancelled the purchase, in order to redo it.  However, my rewards balance is sitting at 0.  Dell Purchase ID: 2008475246279.  Please advise.
