I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other agencies I find during my search for satisfaction. This work order was completed on 4/14/2025 1:36:27 PM, when the technician did not arrive until approximately 3:20PM. The technician must be houdini, it also show completed as (Yes), when the problem still exists and the touch pad was never delivered to the technician. These are unacceptable issues that do not support the Dell Technologies Mission Statement. "We value our customers, ". Dell's employee went on to say "Rest Assured I'll Take Care of This" did not happen or my computer would have been replaced by now since this has been going on since December 2024.
