OEM authorization Government E-marketplace

 I am Radha Basak, a GeM registered reseller. My firm name is M/S BASAK ENTERPRISE (GeM SELLER ID - FEPF24001175). We already have a GST Number. 

We receive requirement orders for laptops, all-in-one PCs, etc. from various government departments; therefore, we are seeking OEM authorization from DELL TECHNOLOGIES. Could you please provide guidance and prerequisites for OEM authorization? We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to reach more offices.
