Not yet had a refund after 21 days
I purchased a monitor ages ago, it was faulty. A return was agreed and you received the item back on the 3rd July 2025. I still have not received my refund and I am extremely concerned. I have been chatting constantly to a Preethi R who assured me they would get back to me last week and then she said the same this week. No refund had been issued yet. This is now way out of the timeframe’s given for my refund and it is wholly unacceptable. I have searched the web for an e-mail contact other than the empty response I get, nothing.
