NON RECEIPT OF LAPTOP AFTER PAYMENT ONLINE

I had   purchased a laptop  Inspiration 16  from dELL  <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> ON 25 Jul 2025  the product   returned  back  mentioning   the  pincode (chalakudy 680307)  was wrong .  Neither the   delivery agent contacted me on phone nor came to the address . It is pertain to mention  that such a big organisation   have poor   setup . The laptop I want to present to my daughter on her birthday which   caused  me a big harrassment . If this could have been known to me   I could have purchased   from HP  or acer . If  this type of poor support your company got  you could have mentioned it in your review . If the product is not reeceived by me  I will force to put up a case in consumer court
