Non existent Dell Support and Team.
Hello,
My dell g15 recently stopped working, and I have been trying to claim warranty for it, since I still have a month left.
But I am not able to find any support locally,
Everyone saying its under international warranty and can not be claimed locally and I will have to get it repaired locally. Which will cost a lot and will be unreliable.
I tried ownership transfer but no response, it just says I will get a email with updates and it has been more tha three days.
Even if process takes long, they should at least update me that process is initiated or stuck or something.
I can't reach out to anyone. Tried international call, but it says the number is not responding.
I am really frustrated, i bought this expensive laptop of dell brand since I have been using dell products since childhood.
I am not sure how this company still exists with such crappy support and warranty options.

There is no such thing as an international Dell warranty. You may have transferred ownership, but is the system model you have sold in the country you've transferred the ownership to? If it isn't, local support will not be available for it.
If the system you have was sold in another country and you exported it to your present location but that model isn't sold in the new location, ownership can be transferred but the warranty will not.
