Nobody will give me my account number

<Your Forum username cannot contain profanity. It was changed. DELL-Admin>

Everyday I get spammed with calls from Comenity saying I have an overdue balance. I ask them for my account number so I can log in and see it and they won’t give me it over the phone. I email them and ask them for the account number, and they still won’t give me it. So how do you expect me to pay if nobody will give me my account number? Because as of now they’ve violated federal law which prohibits debt collectors from contacting you more than seven times within a seven day period and they’ve contacted me over 10 times in a single week.

7 days no account number and @DELL-Cares  closed their conversation with me in my dms so I can no longer ask for updates. Thanks for that Riya because how is the complaints department gonna send me a letter if you don’t know where I live?

Been having a major issue where nobody from dell or comenity will give me my account number so I can make some “past due payments” they claim I have. Got no answers for a week other than they escalated it to the complaints department who would send me a letter and then closed the conversation, but Yall don’t know where I live because I can’t log into  my account to change the address I was living at 10 years ago. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve had to deal with. You clearly want my money but make it impossible for me to give you any.

I’m a retired salesperson from Dell, and recently purchased a Dell myself.  When I applied for my account, I waited on purchasing, because the models had changed over, and wanted to do my research properly.

 In the meantime, my information about my Dell Pay Account arrived in the mail.  You should soon receive the same letter.  It has all the information you’re looking for, and what you’ll need to register online.
