No response from technical support group

                    i have mailed my current laptop problem on jan 5 to your mail id. i couldn't get any response from ur side. even messages on whatsapp tech supporting groups. I still couldn't get any response. Now my 3 yr extended warranty expired one week ago. and my problem still persists. Kindly let me know why I could not get any response from your side, so that I can take this matter to the . It is very disappointing the technical support negligence from your side. i have the proof that I have sent a message to ur email and whatsapp.  Why should i be charged for my previous issue for which i had reported it in jan 2025 which was under warranty that time. I am surely going to take this matter further to the
