No response from DELL STPL
I have placed 3 orders from DELL website directly.
Dell Monitor
Dell Speaker
Dell Conf Speaker.
I liked the monitor but the performance of speakers is not good.
I have been reaching STPL email address and the contact number provided since a week.
Depsite multiple attempts, there is no response received from STPL.
I now regret placing these orders from DELL website directly.
I was under the impression that purchasing from DELL directly would be the best experience but this ended up being worst.
I would like to request DELL Customer support team to get this addressed at the earliest possible, Thank you.
