No confirmation of cancelled order or cancelled order is not reflecting in the cancelled section of my order

Hi i Recently ordered a dell monitor. And i have cancelled it by using the cancel order button showing in the my order page when the status was processing. I dnt not get acknowledgment in email about the cancellation nor cancelled order is showing in the order cancellation section. Kindly provide confirmation in email and also initiate refund for the same.
