No confirmation email

On 8 th of june i have ordered 65 watt adapter 1599 rupee before ordering i filled all my details and paid 1599 through my bank account upi to sanwaria texpro .and after 2 min i have recieved a email about transaction id ,bank reference number payu id that its . I have been waiting for 5 days for any confirmation email but have not recieved any confirmation i was really nervous so i m trying my best to email you again and again but no proper solution and i dont know what to do now beacuse i m so confused so please solve this problem as soon as possible and how to talk to customer care person or team please reply
