New Dell Laptop Died < 3 Weeks /Warranty Taking 6 Weeks? UGH!!!!

I switched from an Asus to a Dell in July when I needed to upgrade y one and only personal laptop. Early October it completely died - wouldn't turn on or charge. I shipped it back. I received and email that parts were backordered so it would be 10/21 before it was repaired. TODAY I get an email saying it will be November 10th before it is repaired. Seriously? This is the worst quality and support for a laptop that I have EVER had. I don't even want to keep it this has been such a horrible experience. You can't repair a laptop in 2-3 weeks?! And I'm sitting with nothing?

That's an unreasonable repair time.  Ask for a system replacement.
