Never received empty box and shipping label. Help resending please
Hello, I opened a service request 9 days ago for a laptop under warranty that needs to be sent back to Dell for repair/troubleshooting. After waiting a week and not receiving the box and shipping label, I noticed it said it was delivered 8 days ago! We get shipments every day in my IT office and we did not get this one. FedEx recommended I get the box and shipping label resent.
Can you help me with this? I have no idea how to do that under the Support Request. I could also receive a shipping label through email and print that myself and find a box if that's easier.
This is my first Dell mail in repair. Thank you in advance, Kelly
