never receive a bill and I can’t make a payment

I never receive a bill and I can’t make a payment. Ever since they took over dell it is awful. They are rude and disrespectful! They threaten me with a lawyer in voice mail. When it isn’t my fault that I had it set up on auto pay. And they took it off. I til the day can’t make a payment because they refuse to give me my account number!

I'm having the same issue. I've never had this much trouble trying to pay someone. They don't listen and it really feels like they don't care. After this mess I don't think I'll be buying anything else from them.
