Need refund help for mcafee
was charged $126.14 on March 22, 2025 for a McAfee subscription purchased through Dell (charge appears as DMI DELL CORP BUS* on my bank statement). I did not knowingly authorize this renewal, and I no longer want or need the service.
I respectfully request a full refund for this charge, as I have not used the software. Please confirm that the subscription has been canceled and that the refund is being processed to my original payment method. I’m extremely frustrated trying to talk to someone this is my last effort going through the community page before I call my bank and dispute it.

That is correct. However they were not able to cancel the current subscription to process the refund. Is that something you can escalate to someone else ? If not I may need to do so through my bank
