Need Help Regarding My Battery Order - dellstore.com

Hi,
I wanted to purchase a replacement battery for my laptop, so I searched for a suitable one and found this link on Dell’s official website:

I clicked the "Buy Now" button, and it redirected me to this website:
👉 https://www.dellstore.com/dell-3-cell-41-wh-lithium-ion-replacement-battery-for-select-laptops-cpa-927n5.html

This redirection happened without my consent, but since it came from Dell’s official site, I trusted it. I placed an order for the battery around June 4th, and it was supposed to be delivered by June 19th.

Today is June 23rd, and I still haven't received any update or information about my order. I'm beginning to feel like I may have been scammed.

Additionally:

• I received some emails claiming to be from Dell with support links, but none of the links work.

• I’m worried whether I’ll get a new and original product, or if it will be used or fake.

Could you please help me track my order?
Will I receive the product I paid for?
If not, how can I report this or get a refund?
