Need A New Battery and Can't Get a Working One from Dell
My battery will not hold a charge anymore. I ordered a battery from Dell, they sent it, it was defective. Customer Service said to order another battery, they would expedite shipping. That was two weeks ago. The message says that they created a label for the battery but it never left their warehouse. They are now looking into it, it's been another week, I can't use my laptop (even plugged in) until I receive the battery. I don't know what to do or who to call.

If the system won't run on AC only, the battery is not the (only) issue.
