My Tech Direct Account shows "Inactive"

My Tech Direct Account shows "Inactive"

Although it allowed me to change my password, it still shows "Inactive"

Dell has a new inactivity setting and accounts get changed automatically if inactive. If the account has been inactive for a short time, your TechDirect admin can re-activate. If it has been a long time, your admin will need to create a case with Dell to reactivate.
