my service tag is not recognize in dell website

yesterday i visit to dell official website i found that and my support assist software is not work when i open it it loading for few seconds and it disappear

The Service Tag IS recognized by the Dell Support website. I entered your private Service Tag HERE. It shows the Inspiron 15 3535. Clicking "Basic Support" shows the purchased warranty start and end dates.

SupportAssist software issues should be posted on the SupportAssist for PCs board.
