My laptop is missing in service

Hi there,

I am trying to get hold onto someone in dell to help me out. I send my laptop on last Tuesday as it was having issues but I haven’t heard from anyone in dell till now. what’s app service is <Profanity is not allowed. DELL-Admin> as I believe A.I. Is answering. there is no other venue to approach. my dispatch <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. can you please let me know what’s going on?
