My Attemps at getting Customer Support

I've had problems with a new order for the Dell All-In-One EC24050,  purchased on the 11 Mar 26, delivered on the 13 Mar 26. Reported to Dell Tech Support 14 Mar 26, defective screen. Replaced 17 Mar 26, thanks to the weekend unable to contact Tech Support until 16 Mar 26, it's also defective it beeps and kills anthing I'm working on. Since then silense. So my question how do I get Customer Support, the telephone exchange directs me to online support, which doesn't give me access to a person! Anybody got a proper telephone number or contact?

Dell support is ridiculous, can’t get past the bots. Cancelled my order and now stuck in limbo. Zero communications from Dell and no way to contact a human being to get an answer. Will never buy from Dell again.

Hi

Dunno.

Dell maintains a centralized international support page where you enter your Service Tag or Express Service Code to get location-specific contacts, including English-language options in Europe (e.g., UK: 0800 085 4878), North America (e.g., US: +1-800-624-9896), and beyond. For UK users, the support line is toll-free (FreeFone) at 0800 085 4878 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-6pm), with chat and WhatsApp also available.

In Europe, Dell Germany offers English support (e.g., 0800 201 3355 toll-free for standard hardware, or 0800 189 3355 for premium, 24x7), and Ireland uses 1 800 946 864. Globally, call centers in English-speaking hubs like the Philippines, India (000800 440 1379), and Malaysia route calls in English based on time zones.
