Money for Trade in went to the wrong Credit card

Hi,

I traded in my old computer after porches a new on.

I got an E-mail from dell Trade in department, that I have been reimburse for my Trade in.

Unfortunately the money went to an Credit card I do not own.

After numerous calls and emails to different Department, the case is still not solved.
