Money debited but no order number and confirmation email Dell India

I wanted to purchase a laptop from your website, however on making payment online(Net banking) I got a transaction failure message: "your request could not be processed please contact customer care". I have confirmed with my bank that the payment transaction was successful, but no order is available when I log into my dell account the item is still lying in the cart with the checkout button.

Please either refund the money immediately or confirm my order. Transaction amount is ₹35,145.75  payment made on 26/10/2020.

I placed an order through the Dell site on 26th October for a laptop and paid from my SBI account. The amount was debited successfully (after the OTP), but the browser showed an error. But I have not received my order email. I am not provided with order number also. Can you please help resolve this?

Hello,

As you can ssee from the forum you are not the only one having this problem. I would not dell with Dell. Call your financial institute and let them deal with it.

Hello mam What is the progress ? Its been 5-6 days since the order but I received nothing Please do something to my problem or kindly refund the money

Date:- 10 September 2021 Time:- 08:00pm (India Standard Time)(GMT+5:30)

Today is a Great Day for me & all my family. We are celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. On this, I decided to book a new laptop gift for my sister. Visited Dell official website & booked Dell Vostro 15 3501 Laptop-2 Yrs Warranty @ 799. I fill up all other necessary information and checkout. I make my payment through UPI Payment (Google Pay)(₹44,788.99). My Payment is done for Dell Vostro 15 3501 Laptop-2 Yrs Warranty @ 799. After this I was Shocked... Because I don't get any payment done msg or mail or IRN/PO Number. I'm getting panic.

 

Date:- 11 September 2021

Calling Customer Care but not connecting to them. A friend suggested I wait for 48 Hours.

 

Date:- 12 September 2021

Sunday, therefore no any msg or mail regarding my order.

Today, I call the Customer Care Number & told them all my story regarding Laptop & Payment. They asking for IRN/PO Number. replied, my payment is done but did not get a number or confirmation mail from your site. They said to send the details of the UPI payment and Ref.ID (Screenshots) on mail for confirming payment is done or not. After confirmation payment, they send me a mail to confirm the order and getting the IRN/PO Number. I fill in that information and send them. After few minutes they send me a receipt of the bill including details of the laptop.

If any problem then always call Customer Care...

Estimated to Arrive By 29 September 2021. waiting...
