Missing Dell Reward Points

Hi,

Today, I was going to place an order and use my reward points. However, during the checkout process, I received an error message saying, "Check your reward points." When I checked my account, I saw that my reward points had dropped to 0. I had 4,420 points in my account.

In the reward history, it shows that I redeemed the points on February 10, 2025 — but I did not redeem any of my points, and I didn't make any purchase. The expiration date is June 2026, so they should not be expired.

How I can get my reward points back? What is the issue here?
