Missing computer

I have spent over a month and a half trying to get my computer delivered. I guess the verification to my Dell Credit account was delayed so Dell shipping the computer back to themselves and now I am stuck in limbo. Customer service just sends you on to the next person and no one can help. The refund has been “processing for weeks” I don’t want to order another one and be stuck paying for 2 laptops and only have one. Getting no where and extremely upset. @@Dell-cares
