Missing 20% Rakuten Cashback

Hey Dell,

I made an order on Black Friday and my order has both shipped and arrived since then but I have yet to get my 20% Rakuten Cashback. I have already contacted Rakuten and they said that they needed Dell to send them information regarding my purchase. I have also contacted Dell via support on Sunday but my support ticket and link doesn't seem to be working and I haven't gotten a response on it. Can I get some support regarding this issue?

Update: After 3 months and another message asking for an update after waiting the 45 days, Dell finally contacted Rakuten about my order and I was able to get the cashback. While this really shouldn't have taken this long, I am grateful to actually get the cashback. Here's hoping for everyone else missing their cashback to be resolved as well. Cheers.

@SJ100​ They just told me to wait 45 days. I'll update when the time is up but I have my doubts whether or not I will get the cashback.
