Mass Confusion

I ordered a new Dell Optiplex 7000 Series (7010) SFF. What I received, according to the Service Tag number on-line was an Optiplex XE4. This is the message I sent to Dell:

Problem Description: I just received my machine with Service Tag <Your private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> which is listed on line as an Optiplex XE4 with an Express Service Code which doesn't match the Service Code on my machine which is <Your private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. Also, I ordered an OptiPlex 7010. Although the parts contents are as ordered the PDF system board for the 7010 is not what I received and no manuals for this board is available on line. My board # is: OPJDGF. My Purchase ID: <Your private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. Can you solve this problem? I get no answers by phone.

Rom1946,

I can assist only with the technical questions.

Dell part number PJDGF is the correct motherboard for an Optiplex 7010 SFF =

The Optiplex 7010 SFF Documentation is here. The online Optiplex 7010 SFF Owner's Manual shows the same motherboard on page 36 =
