m15 R7, BIOS admin password lost, escalation request

I’m the original owner of an Alienware laptop and have the original invoice. I’ve lost the BIOS Admin password and spoke to Dell phone support who attempted a generic password but told me no other unlock process exists. I’m requesting escalation to the BIOS Ownership Verification process and I’m willing to provide any forms or documents required.

There are no generic unlock passwords -- the password is system-specific.  If the service tag of the system you provided is correct, and the unlock password did not work, there's an issue other than with the system being locked - most likely a bad system board.

@pentsok​ boosting.  I'd rather my laptop were not a brick. Its more effective that way
