m15 R6, product quality, service
Bought my Alienware m15 R6 laptop. Within a few months my m15 R6 completely lost all the display. I called tech support for assistance, and they told me to send it back for repair. They sent me the box and I sent it in. A few weeks later it returned with a new screen. Now I have not used my m15 R6 in a while and I go to use it and AGAIN the screen has gone out. But this time I no longer have the Tech support that I had after I purchased the laptop? I can't get any assistance? I will never purchase an Alienware or DELL product again. What a waste of money and time in which I will never get back.

This m15 R6 was purchased on December 3, 2021 with a 1 year warranty that expired 6 months/24 days ago on December 7, 2022.
You will need to pay for the out of warranty service.
