Lost in Customer Service

I sent my computer to be repaired at their suggestion and it was received by Dell on the 17th of July.  They promptly found out that it had some bad memory inside it.  They were going to call me within 4 hours.  I've not gotten any help since then.  I asked if I needed to pay for the memory and they said yes, I paid for the memory.  Took my money and said that the service people had the memory and They would contact me when it was being shipped.  I have not gotten any information since then.  I call India and ask for help they tell me every day that I will take 24 to 48 hours to get the information, yet we still do not have any information.  I can't get anyone to call and really help with this problem.  I just want my computer back.
