Lemon PC, refusing in home service

I have emails, my sales receipt and the misleading information that my laptop will be fixed. Along with YEARS of emails, that now DO not match my Service Record history. I asked for this information on there side and have been denied. It has been sent in for over four years, and none of my questions are being answered about my Premium Support warranty purchase. Ya'll I sent it in twice to have it fixed and the TAGS were wrong which caused MASSIVE delays in getting the laptop back. I asked how I am suppose to trust this third time it is fixed, NO answer. Advanced Resolutions or the ONE guy I talked to, who would NOT give me his supervisors name, DID nothing to HELP. I even had a phone call where they said I would get a replacement than an hour call back and NO I won't. I asked for the transcripts of my phone calls. DENIED. Now after FOUR years and still under warranty with it about to expire, they are refusing my in home and support assist only, and saying that what me to send it to the "depot". So basically asking me to continue my Premium Support on a Lemon Laptop. I had to explain over a period of like FIVE emails how POLICES are DIFFERENT than federal law? LIKE WHAT?!? How does advanced solutions not know what FEDERAL LAW is?
