Leaving Feedback for Dell

I have searched and can find no way to leave feedback for Dell.  Don't care what your customers think?  Not buying Dell anymore.  Lenovo has an easily accessible feedback link right on their homepage.  Well here is my feedback anyway.  I do not like Dell's new payment processor.  I don't like that they force me to give up my right to receive notifications on my phone.  I don't mind giving my phone number.  I just don't want them texting me without the right to turn it off.  I don't like that I have to pay by 2:00 PM Eastern time or I get a late fee even though I pay on the day my payment is due.  Yes I could set up autopay but can't do that because they require me to receive phone notifications.  The old payment method did not require it.  Not happy with my last few Dell purchases either.  My lenovo didn't fail within a year.

Depending on the products purchased, customers can leave feedback through products link (gadgets and accessories) or through email invite after purchase (computer/laptop).  After a review process, approved feedback will be posted on the product page.  See example screengrab for an Inspiron 15 laptop with over twelve thousands reviews.

If your feedback is not intended for Dell's products but for Comenity Bank (Dell Pay), you can go to their site, then scroll down toward the bottom, you will see a Feedback link.
